Due to the personal-care nature of perfumes and attar, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, leaking, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
